Brett’s passion is helping clients build strong financial plans to help protect those things that matter most to them. He strives to help clients and families find the sweet spot where they can save and enjoy their lives.
“Having more isn’t always the goal,” he says.
“It’s about doing more with what you have.”
Brett was intrigued by money and the markets from an early age, even having his parents help him open an online brokerage account when he was 16. It was a hobby and a passion that has turned into a more than 15-year career. Brett started his career by working for large firms like Fidelity and Merrill Lynch. Concerned there were too many pressures on advisors outside of simply doing the right thing for their clients, Brett opened his own firm in 2018, where he could focus on building authentic relationships with his clients and better serve their needs.
“I want to help clients avoid the emotional mistakes and make smart, responsible choices,” he says.
As a financial professional, Brett can offer investment and insurance products and services. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designations. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the Atlanta Society of Finance and Investment Professionals. Brett has passed the Series 65 securities exam and holds health, life, variable, accident and sickness insurance licenses. He earned his MBA from Georgia State University. Brett and his wife, Linsey, live in Alpharetta, Georgia, with their daughters, Harper and Hadley, and a Yorkie named Tripp. They enjoy spending time together as a family, making memories and participating in their local church. In his free time, Brett enjoys fishing, cheering on the Georgia bulldogs and working out.
